CHURCH BUILDING PROJECT 

  BRIEF HISTORY OF THE CHURCH

Our church was founded in May 2006 in Darkhan City, Mongolia.
After receiving legal approval and official registration with the state, Living Word Church was formally established.
For the past 19 years, our congregation has faithfully continued its ministry by
renting and moving between various locations, continually giving glory to God. These locations included:
A Women’s Center, A retail building (B1 floor) ,Renting other churches’ facilities by the hour ,Hotel conference halls

In total, we have relocated seven times, yet through every season,
we have persevered in holding worship services and serving the Lord without interruption.
By God’s grace, today our church has grown to more than 120 believers in Darkhan City.

PRAYER REQUEST

We humbly share our prayer request with you and kindly ask for your prayers and support.
Our heartfelt desire is to build a House of God’s Glory in Darkhan City,
through which we can proclaim the Gospel of salvation, make disciples,
and reach more families, youth, and children—expanding God’s Kingdom through faithful ministry.
Each year, approximately 5,000 new people move to Darkhan City,
and there is a great need for a dedicated place to welcome them and minister to them in the Lord.

CHURCH BUILDING PROJECT

In September 2026, our church will celebrate its 20th anniversary.
In preparation for this milestone, we have made a faith-filled decision to build a permanent church building dedicated to the Lord.

In 2023, through united prayer and sacrificial giving from our congregation alone,
we raised USD 44,000 and were able to purchase land located in the city center of Darkhan, along a main road.

Construction began, and currently the first-floor walls have been completed.
However, due to limited finances, the building process has temporarily stopped.
To fully complete the House of the Lord, we are now in need of an additional USD 90,000.
